The sun rays beating down on your nose, the sand between your toes, and a tall, slushy, smoothie in hand--sounds nice, right?!

March is here, and that means spring break is right around the corner! If you're in school and get to take a break from life to go somewhere tropical, then I envy you--but for the rest of us, this smoothie recipe is sunshine in a glass!

Find Paradise Within

Dusty and I are actually gearing up for our first EatMoveRest Retreat, where we hope to evoke the feeling of being whisked away to an exclusive wellness center for those of you who want to learn how to live a more holistic, well-balanced, and fulfilled life, without breaking the bank! We would love to see you there--more details can be found at the end of this blog post!

Color-Coded

Orangey-yellow whole foods, (like this smoothie), are high in what? Beta-caroteneThis powerful antioxidant helps fight damaging free radicals from things like the sun's UV rays, and converts to Vitamin A (retinol), which is amazing for your skin, your peepers, and your immune system, along with healthy sidekick, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid). On top of that, when you're eating whole fruits & veggies, you're going to love the way you look and feel in that bathing suit on the beach! *See nutrition facts below.

Tasty, tropical, and totally good for your body!
